  • What are your standard payment terms? Weddings of Romance wedding packages start at only $800.00. Just a 10% deposit is requested to hold the date. .

  • What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We have never had a cancellation. Everyonen is always very glad to be working with us. .

  • What is your event cancellation policy? The deposit is not refunded. .

  • How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? At least 3 months in advance would be ideal. We will pick up a wedding at any time though. .

  • What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? I have worked with a number of other wedding coordinators and general event coordinators. I am truly dedicated to you and your wedding day. Some people don’t get back to you on vital questions quickly, don’t seem 110% concerned about your very important day or don’t seem invested in the outcome. Weddings of Romance is a fully dedicated group of women that strive for quality. Your wedding day is our top priority! .

  • Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? We charge a flat rate. No penny pinching! .

  • Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? I can assist you with hotel blocks, airport locations, directions to and from every venue, etc. I can also give you great suggestions for honeymoon plans. .

  • Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? No, I give free consultations. .

  • How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event? I do not have a minium amount of hours. As long as I am needed to get the job done successfully. .

  • When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? Every bride and groom decides what is important to them. Maybe a lot of flowers are important or a live band over a DJ is important. We will develop your budget depending on what is important to you and your groom..

  • Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? We can work your package in any way you would like. I can be at all vendor meetings or contact vendors according to what you want or need. You pay the vendor fees directly. .

  • What is the largest wedding or event you’ve managed? It was almost 400 people. .

  • What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? I have two other coordinators from my team that can stand in for me along with another wedding coordination business that I have a deal with. .

  • Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? Depending on how large the wedding is depends on how many staff members we will need. We will arrange your package according to the size and your needs for the wedding. .

  • Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees? We do recommend certain vendors that we have worked with before and know are quality. No we do not get nor want referral fees. We are just looking out for our brides. .

  • How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide? We do everything from A to Z. We can help you find vendors, lock in quality contracts, negotiate contracts, keep you less stressed and the wedding planning on target. We will also run your rehearsal along with your wedding day. You won't have to worry about a thing!.
