What are your standard payment terms? A fee is retained herewith to reserve consultant’s services as specified. This fee is nonrefundable. The Client will pay a final payment for fees of no later than two weeks before the scheduled event. There will be a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. After which, only cashier checks and money orders will be accepted.
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? All deposits are non-refundable. Client may terminate the Agreement at any time with or without cause upon not less than five (5) days’ prior written notice to Consultant. .

How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? I reserve anywhere from over a year in advance or have had brides contact me to jump in and finalize details 2 weeks prior.
What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? There are very few other coordinators in the area, my pricing fits any budget and I will work with you to make it YOUR day.
Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? I have 2 inclusive packages and their pricing is a flat rate or a percentage of your budget whichever is less and also have an hourly rate for those who want to do everything themselves but may run into a jam here or there and need me to jump in and help.
Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? Absolutely, I have various resources for travel whether you want a cruise, resort or any other type of travel and can help find great deals and discounts.
Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? I do free consultations and if you choose to hire me I ask for a percentage down with final payment due at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event? On average I am available 12-15 hours the day of the event...I am up and working before you get out of bed and am the last to leave so I know everything goes smooth and is taken care of.
When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? I get to know you, how you met, what type of lifestyle you live, what kind of music you like, what you enjoy doing together, things like that to tailor the wedding so it reflects who you are as a couple.
Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? I have 2 ways of doing it, either you can pay vendor fees and I will track everything for you and give you updated budget reports or I can create a trust and you make mopnthly payments toward your budget and I will pay the vendors. Even if you are paying the vendors, I typically suggest if any money has to change hands on the day of the event, we will meet in advance and I will get the checks from you to pass on to the vendor for you.
What is the largest wedding or event you’ve managed? 280 guests with a $85,000 budget, it was a black tie 50th anniversary party.
What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? I have 2 senior assistants that know what is going on with all functions we have planned at all times so if something ever happen to me they could jump in seamlessly.
Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? I charge on package price based on your budget regardless the number of hours or assistants I need to make the event everything you have ever dreamed of.
Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees? I do not get nor believe in referral fees...I have vendors I will recommend based on previous experience with them and am always open to new vendors.
How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide? I do everything from budgeting a creating timelines to decorating, negotiating vendor contracts...anything my couple needs to make their day relaxed and enjoyable.
