• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel fee? There is no limit to the miles I travel. There is a travel fee build into the cost of the ceremony..

• What is your event cancellation policy? If for any reason a decision is made not to use the services of the Minister after retainment by the non-fundable deposit, the Couple must inform the Minister in writing at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the ceremony date to release the Couple from this contract. If the Couple fails to provide such notice, the Couple agrees to be responsible for ½ of the Minister's balance due. If the wedding is cancelled less than 7 (seven) days before the set ceremony date, for whatever reason, the Couple agrees to be responsible for Minister’s full agreed upon balance due. .

• What are your standard payment terms? A non-refundable booking fee of $100.00 to hold the ceremony date and time for the Couple is due to the Minister upon the signing of a wedding contract. The balance of the total fee is due immediately before the rehearsal if applicable or the ceremony; in the form of CASH or MONEY ORDER to be presented to the Minister in an envelope along with the marriage license. Failure to pay the above stated compensation in full when due, will release the Minister from furnishing any services to the Couple under this Agreement. .

• What makes you different from other local wedding officiants? Why should someone hire you? My education, experience, and background make me uniquely qualified as a minister. .

• How long does the ceremony usually last? Ceremonies normally last from 30 - 60 minutes..

• Will you marry couples of different faiths or previous divorce? I and my staff work with clients regardless of nationality, faith, or gender to insure that all ceremonies are memorable and filled with love, peace, and healing. .

• What documents do I need to bring to our first meeting? A couple must bring a valid marriage license and a government I.D. to the ceremony..

• How long after the ceremony do you file for the official marriage license? The license is mailed to the Court House the first business day after the ceremony..

• What kind of pre-wedding counseling is required, if any? Pre-wedding counseling is optional but not mandatory..

• How many wedding do you officiate a year? I officiate 30-40 ceremonies per year..

• In which states and communities are you licensed to officiate ceremonies? As traveling ministers, Dr. Martin and her staff mainly serves Montgomery, Prince Georges, Howard, Carroll, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Frederick, Calvert, St. Mary's, and Charles Counties in Maryland. As traveling ministers, they travel to ceremony sites such as hotels, homes, churches, public parks and lakes, beaches, mountains, and boats throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. .

• Can we read or hear your ceremony before our wedding day? After receiving the non-refundable deposit, Minister will supply the Couple with a minimum of 2 (two) wedding ceremony samples in the style of their chosen service for their review. .

• Will you allow us to write our own vows? The Couple may piece together a ceremony of their liking using my samples OR write their ceremony completely on their own AND/OR the couple may write just their vows. The Minister retains the right to edit the ceremony for inappropriate wording/style/length/positioning/etc. .

• Do you have a back up officiant on call, in case of an emergency? Yes. I have a staff authorized to administer sacraments in every state but mainly serves Montgomery, Prince Georges, Howard, Carroll, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Frederick, Calvert, St. Mary's, and Charles Counties in Maryland. They also provide services in Arlington and Fairfax Counties in Virginia and in Washington, D.C..

• Do you normally attend the reception? I normally do not attend the reception, however, it depends on the time schedule of the officiant..
