• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? I don't use subcontractors. You pick me cause you like my style so I'll be there to make you happy..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Depends on the season there are some dates can be filled a year ago. So just write an e-mail and ask for availability..

• Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? Yes they can have a password protected website to see the images online. One month after the wedding I upload the images to certain site..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? There is no refund after the wedding day..

• What is your event cancellation policy? It is a full refund 4 months before the actual wedding date..

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? In order to book my services for the certain date half of the package price has to be paid after you sign the contract..

• What is included in your basic wedding packages? ? Goknur Olguner as photographer ? Unlimited exposures in color and/or black & white ? Formal Portrait Session on the wedding day & Photojournalism throughout ? Up to 6 hours of coverage with unlimited locations ? Password protected website for proofing, ordering prints and sharing with your family and friends. ?$100 credit towards enlargements & finished prints. .

• Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? It depends on your needs. If you are planning to invite less than 100 guest. You (and I ) may not to need a company of an assistant or another photographer..

• Can I keep the negatives? the proofs? Is there an extra charge for this service? How much? There is no extra charge for keeping the negatives or the proofs. I give the original files 8 months after your wedding day..

• What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting? I shoot Digital. All of my equipments are high end picks of the industry. I have back-up for each and every camera and lens that I'm using for my shootings..

• What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends? I follow certain high caliber magazines, blog and other photographers websites. To keep my self updated I always attend at least one or two wedding photography workshops every year..

• Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? There is no extra charge for taking digital photographs. Depends on your needs I can come up with different film options again with no extra charge..

• How many weddings have you photographed? More than 100..

• How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? For 6 hours coverage you receive images between 400-700. You can provide list of photos..

• How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? My style is photojournalistic. Throughout the shooting I'm looking for capturing the essence of your wedding day. Unposed, real moments, real people, real smiles or cries..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? I travel a lot for my shootings, there will be an extra travel charge for more than 50 miles..

• Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? Yes, definitely..
