• Biography Bishop +Sean Jeffery Alexander, Ph.D., is the Presiding Bishop of Outreach International Ministries under the authority and order of the Ecumenical Apostolic Church Diocese (EACD). Born February 18, 1958, Sean Jeffery was an only child. In 1972, he began his high school education at Southeast High School in Bradenton, Florida where he attended for through grade 10. In order to complete his high school requirements, he attended Manatee High School in 1975, also located in Bradenton, Florida. In 1990, he began his seminary formation and spiritual formation studies through St. John of the Cross Seminary where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry. He then continued on to complete his Master of Arts in Christian Counseling degree in 1998, and finally his Doctor of Philosophy degree on January 14, 2000. In 2005, Sean completed his requirements to Master of Divinity degree through Northbridge University. Sean began his studies for the Roman Catholic diaconate in January of 2001, and was ordained as a deacon in the Church of All Saints and All Souls, on June 22, 2001. He then served as deacon until January 19, 2002 at which time he was ordained into the priesthood and made rector of Saint John of the Cross Catholic Church, located in Hollywood, FL.. On December 3, 2002, when Sean completed his catholic studies for the bishopric, he was named the Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of the Sacred Heart, an independent catholic Archdiocese located in Hollywood, Florida under the jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Apostolic Church Diocese. April 20, 2003 Bishop Alexander was elevated to the position of Archbishop by The Most Reverend John D. Johnston, Presiding Archbishop of the Ecumenical Apostolic Church Diocese, a ministry comprised of independent Anglican and Catholic clergy. As time progressed and Sean continued to hear a further call upon his life, Sean found he was being directed by God to dig even deeper into the Word of God that brought a stronger pull on his life as a minister of the Gospel until finally in December of 2003 he was baptized in the Holy Ghost and found his ministry was to take a dramatic change in direction. Bishop Alexander is a Diplomat with the National Board of Christian Clinical Therapists, a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor - Advanced Certification, a Board Certified Clinical Supervisor of the National Christian Counselors Association and an International Representative for the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling. He specializes in providing God-centered Marriage & Family counseling. His passion is focusing in the areas of marriage & family, parent-child/adolescent conflict and elimination of financial crisis issues. He conducts ministerial workshops for churches, hospitals, and public and private schools. Additionally, he has mentored those who are homeless and less fortunate and has worked with troubled teens and their parents through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and several of the local South Florida rehabilitation centers focusing on substance abuse and anger management. He serves as the Bishop of Chaplaincy for the Ecumenical Apostolic Church Diocese and also serves chaplain in many different facets locally, nationally and internationally including previously serving as a Catholic Chaplain on major cruise lines. Bishop +Alexander chose for his Episcopal motto the profession of faith "Auspice Christo" , "In the auspices of Christ"... "When we love others, we know that we belong to the truth, and we feel at ease in the presence of God" (1 John 3:19). His motto is to remind us that we are to love everyone, no matter their race, creed, colour, or religious background in order that we might stand holy and righteous in the presence (auspice) of our Lord Jesus Christ and that everyone has access to the abundance and prosperity of Christ.

• Education Bishop Alexander has attained his MDiv in May 2005, graduating Cum Laude from Northbridge University, and previously attained his MA in Christian Counseling and PhD in Divinity.
