We recommend 3-6 months in advance. We book really fast esp. in the wedding season between May-August.

How far are you willing to travel? How much is the travel charge?

We are willing to travel. Travel charge depends on location of the wedding. Usually, within 50 miles there is no travel charge.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event? Do you have backup djs in case of sickness?

I always have spare equipment on hand and I have a couple of associate DJ's I can have fill in just in the case of an emergency.

My cameras are all digital, using only professional Canon equipment.

What documents do I need to bring to our first meeting?

None, just a pad and paper to write notes, unless there is something -- like a reading or cultural tradition that you want to show me.

Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line?

Yes, we love guests to view your wedding images on-line. Your images will be available within 10 days of your wedding. The galleries are password protected.
