When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs?

I listen very carefully to all of your wants and needs and ask a series to questions to get the overall definition of your event
I take the budget that I am given and allocate funds based on the wants, needs and desires of our clients.

I base it on your actual budget, what you are looking for and what you want from each vendor. For example if you want an array of exotic flowers for your centerpieces, you will obviously pay more for that service. I balance out your "Wedding budget worksheet" to meet the needs of the particular florist/flowers and accomodate the rest of the budget accordingly.

When developing a wedding or event budget, I take into consideration what is MOST important to the bride and groom or the clients needs, what they care the most about, whether it is having a vintage car rather than great music, we will tweak the budget and find a way to save the money on the music and spend it on the car, etc, I will make the budget fit their needs. If their wedding or event budget is, for example $35K, I will find a way to fit in all the elements of either a wedding or event into that budget and even save them money.
I will see what your dream plan is and What you have thought about is your budget. ANd as we talk, I might suggest another location that might fit into your budget better or where you might save money. to stay in budget..Ask you what friends you have that have special talents or bbusiness that could help you save money. But you never let friends be your photographer. or DJ. unless that is their business and we do a contract with them and treat like a business transaction. Too many go wrong there..
I personalize your needs according to your budget by the information you give to me, and also what is standard. Some needs and I got to HAVE!!!!
My focus is on personalizing your day to represent you as a couple, to execute your vision, and to maximize your budget. My goal is to develop opportunities for personalization and small, special moments (throughout the planning process and the wedding day)that will leave a lasting impression long after the champagne is done and the candles have burned down.
I will start with a base budget, a generalized wedding budget, if a bride wishes to devote more of her budget to a specific item (ex: food and beverages) and spend less in different areas, then I can customize based on those needs. If the bride wishes not to do certain things that the budget includes, than I can reallocate that money to other areas she wishes to focus on.
We start by finding out what all of your hopes and dreams are--then, our creative staff comes up with several different ideas to encompass into your wedding. We then match up all of your incredible dreams with very tasteful touches, and design the wedding of a lifetime.

I show you how to get not only the most out of your dollars, but the creative and unique way of doing such. I also find out what actually represent you, and try to use that as a grand or small detail in your wedding.
Every budget is personalized to what is needed for your event. I work with your amount that you feel you are able to spend. Everything this figured in this budget.
Our initial meeting is getting to you as a couple and what you both envision for this day. From there, and by looking at Vowed To You's wedding packages, I customize a detailed plan for your budget and ideas.
