Prior to the wedding someone from the staff will meet with you, and discuss all your ideas and arrangements. Contact Les at least two weeks prior to the wedding to go over the pronunciation of wedding party names and matchups, and to go over the flow of events from the time the first guest arrives to the final song. Songs can be requested at any time prior to the wedding, and Les will make every effort to obtain any songs which are not already on the Holliday Productions playlist, which draws from a library of over 30,000 songs. It is best to have the song list at least two weeks prior to the wedding, but Les will even take requests at the reception.
I meet individually with each couple to go over all the details. The wedding worksheets/song lists (which I provide) aren't due until about month before the event.
